Chris Crnich, MD, PhD
Dr. Chris Crnich is a faculty in the Division of Infectious Diseases within the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin, Chief of Medicine and Hospital Epidemiologist at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, and the Assistant Director of Infection Control at UW Hospital and Clinics. He chairs the SHEA Long-Term Care Special Interest Group and the Nursing Home Antibiotic Stewardship Toolkit Development Taskforce. His research has a specific focus on improving antibiotic use in skilled nursing facilities.
Jeanette Bouchard, PharmD, BCIDP
Dr. Jeanette Bouchard is a clinical pharmacist with Duke Antimicrobial Stewardship Outreach Network (DASON) and the chair of the Breakpoints Committee at the time of recording.
Angela Huttner, MD
Dr. Angela Huttner is an Infectious Diseases physician and researcher in Geneva, Switzerland. She has trained in clinical infectious diseases patient care, research, and epidemiology, and she now primarily focuses on conducting clinical research. She started a urinary tract infection clinic at her institution and had led and designed several urinary tract infection clinical trials. She is the newly appointed editor in chief of Clinical Microbiology and Infection, the journal of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID).
