Jason Pogue, PharmD, BCPS-AQ ID
Jason Pogue is a clinical professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy, and an infectious diseases clinical pharmacist at Michigan Medicine. Dr. Pogue’s research interests focus on the epidemiology and management of infectious diseases due to multi-drug resistant gram-negative bacilli and antimicrobial stewardship. Dr. Pogue is a past president of SIDP and the chair of the Executive Committee of US CAST.
Erin McCreary, PharmD, BCIDP
Erin McCreary is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and an infectious diseases pharmacist at UPMC. She is the Director of Infectious Diseases Improvement and Clinical Research Innovation at UPMC. She served as President of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacist from 2025-2026.
