Libby Dodds Ashley, PharmD, MHS, FCCP, BCPS
Dr. Libby Dodds Ashley is the operations director for the Duke Antimicrobial Stewardship Outreach Network (DASON) and an Associate Professor of Medicine with the Division of Infectious Diseases and Internal Health at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. She completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Duke University Health System and a PGY-2 Adult Internal Medicine/Infectious Diseases residency with Duke University Health System and Campbell University. She is also the immediate past president of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists.
Lisa Dumkow, PharmD, BCIDP
Dr. Lisa Dumkow is the antimicrobial stewardship leader at Mercy Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is also the program director of the PGY-2 Infectious Diseases pharmacy residency program. She completed her PGY-1 and PGY-2 Infectious Diseases residency training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Dumkow’s practice and research interests include precepting, expanding clinical pharmacy practice, and antimicrobial stewardship. She is known for her field leading work in emergency department and urgent care stewardship initiatives.
Jamie Kisgen, PharmD, BCIDP
Dr. Jamie Kisgen is the pharmacy manager for infectious diseases services and PGY-1 residency program director at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Sarasota, Florida. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. He completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida, followed by a PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Specialty residency at Boston Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
