Dr. Ryan Crass, PharmD
Dr. Ryan L. Crass is Director of Pharmacometrics with Apellis Pharmaceuticals where he leads the model-informed drug development strategy for the organization across pre-clinical, clinical, and post-marketing phases of development. Dr. Crass received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following graduation, he pursued two years of clinical residency training at the University of Kentucky and two years of clinical pharmacy translational sciences post-doctoral fellowship training at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Amit Pai, PharmD
Dr. Pai is a professor and chair of clinical pharmacy at the University of Michigan. He is the co-Director of the Pharmacokinetics Core Laboratory and associate director of Pharmacomorphomics for the Morphomics Analysis Group at the University of Michigan. His research focus is optimal dose selection in specific populations, such as obesity and patients with abnormal renal function.He earned his Pharm.D. from the University of Texas at Austin and Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, Texas. He completed a pharmacy practice residency at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown, New York, and an infectious diseases/pharmacokinetics fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
