Susan Davis, PharmD
Dr. Susan Davis is the president of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists and a member of the NIH COVID-19 Guidelines panel. Dr. Davis serves as a professor at Wayne State University and an infectious diseases pharmacist at Henry Ford Hospital.
Emily Spivak, MD, MHS, FIDSA
Dr. Emily Spivak is an associate professor of medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Utah Health. She is also the co-director of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs at University of Utah Health and the Salt Lake City Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. Dr. Spivak is also a member of the Utah crisis standards of care monoclonal antibody allocation guideline committee.
Minkey Wungwattana, PharmD, BCIDP
Dr. Minkey Wungwattana is an infectious diseases specialist who also directs the Antimicrobial Stewardship program and the PGY2 infectious diseases pharmacy residency program at Maine Medical Center.
