Monica Mahoney, PharmD, BCPS-AQ ID
Dr. Monica Mahoney is a clinical pharmacy specialist in infectious diseases at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. She received Doctor of Pharmacy degree from MCPHS University-Boston in 2006, completed her PGY1 residency at Tufts Medical Center in 2007, and stayed on as the first ever PGY2 in ID also at Tufts. Dr. Mahoney is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist with additional qualifications in Infectious Diseases. She is actively involved in the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP), American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), and the Massachusetts Society of Health-System Pharmacists (MSHP).
Keenan Ryan, PharmD, MPH
Dr. Keenan Ryan is a pharmacist clinician at the University of New Mexico Hospital. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of New Mexico and a Masters of Public Health at New Mexico State University. Dr. Ryan completed his PGY1 pharmacy residency and PGY2 Infectious Diseases pharmacy residency at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center.
Monica Donnelley, PharmD, BCPS AQ-ID, AAHIVP
Dr. Monica Donnelley is board certified in infectious diseases and pharmacotherapy with added qualifications in infectious diseases. She is also certified as an American Association of HIV Pharmacist. She is a Senior Pharmacist at UC Davis Health.
In 2016 Dr. Donnelley assumed directorship of the long standing PGY2 infectious diseases residency program at UC Davis Health. For the 2016–2017 year Dr. Donnelley awarded the Residency Preceptor of the Year and in 2017–2018 she received the Research Preceptor of the Year award. She contributes to the care of patients by actively rounding with infectious diseases consult teams, antimicrobial stewardship, research, publications, committee work, guideline development, and by coordinating the Antibiotic Subcommittee.
Meera Mehta, PharmD, BCIDP
Dr. Meera Mehta is an infectious diseases specialist at West Virginia University Medicine. She received her PharmD from the University of South Carolina. She is currently the residency program director for the Infectious Diseases PGY2 program. In 2017, she created the outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy consult service at her institution. She also provides antimicrobial stewardship, complex oral antimicrobial therapy, and ID consult services, and HIV treatment services. Meera has her own infectious diseases podcast called “Infectious Conversations” where important infectious diseases topics are discussed with experts on a monthly basis. Additionally, she serves on the Infectious Disease Specialty Council for the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) Board Certified Infectious Diseases Pharmacist (BCIDP) exam.
