Jenny Koehl, PharmD, BCPS
Jenny Koehl is an emergency medicine pharmacist at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She earned her pharmacy degree at the University of California, San Francisco and completed both a PGY-1 and PGY-2 Emergency Medicine pharmacy residency at the University of Wisconsin.
Karen Berger, PharmD, FASHP, FCCM, BCPS, BCCCP
Karen Berger is a neurocritical care pharmacist at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. She earned her pharmacy degree at the University of Florida and completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital as well as a PGY-2 critical care residency at the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago.
Karen Dohr, PharmD
Karen Dohr is ICU pharmacist at Valley Medical Center, an acute care community hospital affiliated with the University of Washington Medicine in Renton, Washington. She earned her pharmacy degree at Jefferson Health and completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Valley Medical Center. She also serves as a clinical instructor at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy.
