Zahra Kassamali Escobar, PharmD, BCIDP
Dr. Kassamali Escobar is an infectious diseases and stewardship pharmacist at the University of Washington and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, Washington. Her clinical work is focused on optimizing antimicrobial use and immunologic health among oncology and transplant patients, particularly in the outpatient space. She is a co-director of the Center for Stewardship in Medicine at University of Washington where she facilitates education, quality improvement, and collaboration among rural and critical access hospitals in the U.S.
Jamie Wagner, PharmD, BCIDP
Dr. Wagner is an infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship pharmacist at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She enhances clinical pharmacy services, optimizes antimicrobial use in hospitalized patients throughout the health-system, and performs research related to customizing and optimizing antimicrobial stewardship efforts.
